Consensus Edge is a sports betting decision intelligence platform that aggregates odds, prediction markets, and AI models to identify potential value in sports betting markets. The Service provides analysis, not financial advice.
Consensus Edge is an informational service only. It is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, broker, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, place bets on your behalf, hold or transmit funds, or process any gambling transaction. Any bet you choose to place is made by you, with your own licensed sportsbook, at your own risk.
To use the Service you must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports-betting information and analysis is lawful.
Sports-wagering law differs by state and by country, and eligibility ages differ between jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service, and any betting activity you undertake separately, is lawful where you are located. We do not provide legal advice on that question, and access to the Service is not a representation that any activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.
By creating an account or submitting your email address, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may rely on that representation.
The Service does not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any resulting financial gains or losses.
Past performance of the Service's predictions does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves risk of loss.

Parts of the Service are offered as a closed beta. Beta features are provided as-is and as-available, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may contain defects. We make no availability, uptime, or continuity commitment for beta access, and beta access may be revoked at any time.
Data, analysis, and historical records shown during the beta may be incomplete or subject to revision.
To access certain features you must create an account using a valid email address. Sign-in is passwordless — by emailed magic link or a supported third-party provider — and is handled by our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to sign in, and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers multiple tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

While we strive for accuracy, odds, scores, and predictions may contain errors, delays, or omissions. The Service relies on third-party data sources (The Odds API, ESPN, Polymarket, Kalshi) whose availability and accuracy are outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any analysis it produces will prove correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consensus Edge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
You accept that any betting losses you incur are your own. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
